The Convening will begin midday on Monday, May 4th and conclude by 12pm on Wednesday, May 6th.
KAF is pleased to provide all meals, snacks, and beverages for the duration of the Convening including an off-site dinner in the local community on Tuesday, May 5th.

PARKING:
The Moxy offers our group discounted valet-only parking at $30 nightly and $15 daily. Local street parking is available complimentary at a first come, first serve basis, and is unaffiliated with the hotel.

AIR & GROUND TRANSPORTATION
The drive time between Denver International Airport (DEN) and Moxy Boulder University is 45-60 minutes, depending on traffic.

DEN recommends that travelers arrive at least 2 hours prior to departure to make it through security and catch the airport train to your departure terminal/gate.

One can expect to pay $85-$115 for a one-way UberX ride between DEN and the Moxy.
